This is the 2nd time in 2 years that Nascar has dropped the ball on a serious infraction that could have serious results. YOU DON'T WRECK SOMEONE @ 190MPH ON PURPOSE & TO Kurt (I'm trying to improve my image) Bush YOU DON'T EVER GO TO HIT A CAR ON PIT ROAD ESPECIALLY DURING THE RACE WHEN GUYS ARE COMING TO SERVICE THE CAR.
